The Vacuum gauge is suitable for measurement of pressure in the ranges of 10 mm to 103mm of Hg. This convenient gauge is modification of the McLeod Gauge. This gauge avoids the use of a movable reservoir of mercury, construction and the position of use. | |
Model VG3
This is similar to model VG2 and is suitable for involving in series, in the vacuum system. This can be kept on the table. Both VG2 and VG3 models are suitable for measurement of vacuum of a few millimeters i.e 0 to 200mm Hg absolute. The stopcocks of these gauges must be greased with good quality vacuum grease, preferably of silicon type.
